Representative Kenny Marchant in Texas' 24th District. Rep. Marchant is a graduate of local public schools and has both a Bachelors Degree and an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Southern Nazarene University. Marchant has served as a Texas State Representative and is a local small businessman and homebuilder. He heads a local nonprofit foundation which funds church related humanitarian aid projects around the world. He and his wife Donna have four children and reside in the 24 th District.
