Representative Bob Inglis in South Carolina's Fourth District. Rep. Inglis represented this district in the U.S. Congress from 1993 to 1998 and is a commercial real estate attorney. He graduated from Duke University in 1981 and the University of Virginia Law School in 1984. He and his wife Mary Anne have five children and attend Redeemer Presbyterian Church, Travelers Rest.
