The Religious Affiliation of Ballet Dancer
Mikhail Baryshnikov was a world-famous Russian-born ballet dancer. He was nominated for a Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for the movie The Turning Point (1977).
Baryshnikov's religious background while growing up was Communism. Biographer Barbara Aria describes Baryshnikov's father as a "devout Stalinist."
